Note 10 - Subsequent Events
The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that
occurred up to the date unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed
consolidated financial statements, other than below.
On April 13, 2023, APRINOIA made a second deposit of $165,000
to the Trust Account. On May 12, 2023, APRINOIA made a third deposit of $165,000 to the Trust Account.
