Ross Holding Company LLC is a Cayman Islands limited liability company, and is our sponsor. Our sponsor is an accredited investor for purposes of Rule 501 of Regulation D. Each of the equity holders in our sponsor is an accredited investor under Rule 501 of Regulation D. The sole business of our sponsor is to act as the company’s sponsor and advise the company regarding their investments and assets in connection with our public offering and initial business combination.
